There have been many reports to the FDA of adverse reactions to foods containing MSG. These reactions include headaches, flushing, sweating, nausea, chest pain and more. From the golden color of the yeast flakes, to the snow-white onions, to the ruby reds of paprika, it is a culinary lover’s dream. All the “coloring” in our seasoning come directly from the fresh and natural herbs we use. It is only for proprietary reasons that we do not list every single herb that we use. Additive & Preservative-free

Due to the high quality of all our ingredients we do not see it necessary to use any additives. The herbs used in our seasoning have been carefully preserved by a natural drying process. All other ingredients, which are sea salt and nutritional yeast, naturally preserve well in and of themselves. Most additives are tested on laboratory animals which can be inhumane and produce results which are not entirely applicable to humans. Furthermore, the long-term effects of additives is unknown.
